Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes are cold macerated and fermented in small stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention and controlled temperature to favor the expression of the fruits. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is mixed and aged in American and French oak barrels waiting for the wine to be ready for bottling.
